Prescriptions and Repeat Prescriptions

Most drugs used in treatment of sick animals are covered by strict legal controls.   They can only be prescribed following a clinical examination.  In some cases repeat prescriptions may be given but only with the consent of a Veterinary Surgeon who is currently caring for that animal.  Legally we must examine the patient at least every six months, and in the case of some illnesses, every three months.  In order to avoid delays, please give us 24 hours notice for repeat prescriptions.
